Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy

 

 

Order Cancellation

 

Cancellation requests for orders that have already been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an AED 100 cancellation fee.

If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, you will be charged for the shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product, your credit card will be refunded the full amount minus shipping. Some products may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on their category and condition.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

For eligible order cancellations, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after receiving your cancellation request. You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated.

Please note: the total time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We refund the full product amount, but your bank may apply a transaction fee per its policy.

If no response is received from the customer within 7 days of our follow-up, the order will be automatically cancelled. Refunds issued via credit card will reflect the amount we received after bank processing; any transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility.

In case of cash payments, customers must provide valid bank account details to receive their refund via bank transfer. No cash refunds will be provided.

 

 

Return or Exchange of Products

 

If products are found to be damaged during transit, you may request an exchange within 3–5 business days of submitting your complaint. We do not accept returns or cancellations once the product has been delivered unless the product is damaged.

To initiate an exchange for damaged items, please contact us via email or phone and include photos or videos clearly showing the damage. This will help expedite the replacement process.
